Adicionalmente, se implementará el cambio de prelación (cambio de señales de PARE SR-01) sobre las Carreras 38 y 2.
Con el fin de mejorar las condiciones de movilidad de los habitantes de la zona, disminuir los conflictos en la vía, facilitar la circulación y optimizar la capacidad de la infraestructura vial, la Secretaría de Tránsito y Seguridad Vial informa a la ciudadanía que, por los avances de las obras de la Calle 30, a partir del martes 31 de octubre de 2023, se restablecerá el sentido vial inicial de la Calle 31 de la siguiente manera:
La Calle 31 entre Carreras 21 y 28, pasará de único sentido norte – sur a DOBLE SENTIDO.
La Calle 31 entre Carreras 28 y 36, pasará de único sentido norte-sur a ÚNICO SENTIDO SUR-NORTE
Adicionalmente, se implementará el cambio de prelación (cambio de señales de PARE SR-01) sobre las Carreras 38 y 21, actualmente estas carreras son las que tienen la prioridad. En ese orden de ideas, a partir del martes 31 de octubre de 2023, los conductores que transiten por la calle 31 deberán detenerse respetando la nueva señal de pare en todas las intersecciones entre 38 y 21.
La implementación del cambio de sentido de circulación vial y el cambio de prelación estará acompañada de señalización vertical y horizontal correspondiente. De igual manera, se realizará socialización y pedagogía de las medidas que se llevará a cabo antes, durante y después de su aplicación.

Cuando estés conduciendo un vehículo siempre observa y mantente atento a las señales de tránsito.
Sé paciente y cuidadoso mientras todos los conductores se acostumbran a los nuevos cambios viales. Es importante respetar los límites de velocidad, no invadir el carril contrario y no bloquear las intersecciones.
Si habitas, trabajas o circulas en el área de influencia, brinda tu apoyo como ciudadano atendiendo las indicaciones que darán la Policía de Tránsito y los Orientadores de Movilidad.
